Nuun is the best hydration drink out there, and believe me we've tried pretty much all of them. It is not just the formula (which is elegant in its simplicity - no fuel, just eletrolytes), but also the packaging. Nuun comes in the these fantastic little plastic waterproof tubes (making it perfect for AR). Open the tub and out come these little tablets. Pop one into 16 ounces of water and WALA! After a bit of fizzing, you have eletrolyte drink. I'm told they are also chewable, but I would not personally recommend it...
